After discussing Waze with various users, there were mixed reviews on its effectiveness. This caused us to look deeper into Waze’s organization and how to better arrange its most popular feature.

Using evaluation techniques like competitive analysis, heuristic evaluations, surveys, user flows, and more, my team and I analyzed the most popular music streaming services and conducted further research on the most popular streaming platform, Spotify.
